Halifax County, Virginia – According to Virginia Department of Transportation, US-58 East in Halifax County has been closed due to a tractor-trailer accident.
The crash occurred close to Main Street near the South Boston Line, according to authorities.
Eastbound traffic was redirected from US-58 to Route 708, Route 658, US-501 and then back to US-58.
Authorities are informing that the crash has been cleared now and US-58 is reopen to traffic.
