Roanoke, Virginia – In a recent development, Galen College of Nursing has inaugurated its latest campus in Roanoke. This establishment comes as a result of a strategic collaboration with LewisGale, giving the private educational institution a notable presence in the region.
The newly unveiled campus stretches over a vast 34,000-square-foot area on Electric Road, which was inaugurated to the public this Tuesday afternoon. It brings with it a plethora of modern facilities designed to provide an immersive learning environment for nursing students. Among its prominent features are multiple skill labs that employ advanced mannequins to simulate patient scenarios, giving students practical exposure in a controlled environment.
The educational offerings at the Roanoke campus include two-year associate degrees in nursing and a program designed to assist Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to achieve an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Galen College of Nursing continues to expand its nationwide footprint, now boasting 19 physical campuses across the United States, complemented by an online education option for flexible learning.
