Roanoke gasoline prices drop 4.4 cents, national average sees slight uptick

On a statewide level, the lowest price recorded yesterday in Virginia was $2.79 per gallon, whereas the highest reached $4.29 per gallon, indicating a substantial gap of $1.50 per gallon.
On a national scale, the average price of gasoline has experienced a slight increase of 0.4 cents per gallon over the past week, resulting in an average of $3.51 per gallon today. However, when compared to the prices observed a month ago, the national average has actually decreased by 14.9 cents per gallon.
