Winning Mega Millions tickets worth $1 million each sold in Chesterfield and Mechanicsville

Chesterfield, Virginia – Two Mega Millions tickets sold in Virginia for Tuesday’s drawing have made their buyers instant millionaires. This exciting outcome unfolded as the winning numbers were announced, drawing keen interest from lottery participants across the state.

The winning tickets, each clinching a $1 million prize, were purchased at two distinct locations:

  • Beulah BP Mart, located at 4224 Beulah Road in Chesterfield.
  • Kroger, situated at 9351 Atlee Road in Mechanicsville.

The winning numbers for the drawing were 1, 6, 10, 23, and 27, with a Mega Ball number of 18. Both Virginia tickets matched the first five numbers but missed the Mega Ball number by just one digit, narrowly missing the estimated $62 million jackpot.

The identity of the ticket holders remains undisclosed. The winners have a 180-day window from the draw date to claim their prizes. The Virginia Lottery advises the lucky individuals to sign the back of their tickets immediately, securing their claim to the winnings.
