Donnie D’s Bagels and Deli announces second location in Roanoke

Roanoke, Virginia – On Tuesday evening, an announcement was made about the expansion of Donnie D’s Bagels and Deli, confirming the forthcoming opening of a second location in Roanoke.

The competent team behind Donnie D’s expressed their anticipation for the upcoming store, named Donnie D’s #2, which they project to be operational by the fall season.

In a shared social media post, the staff voiced their amazement, stating, “I know, when I say it, it doesn’t even seem real. Our little bagel shop started 5 years ago in Botetourt County and has now blossomed into a food trailer, and another store!” This heartfelt expression speaks volumes about their journey from a single shop to the growth that has now led to the establishment of a food trailer and the imminent second location.

To enhance the customer experience, the new outlet will offer the convenience of a drive-thru service and will also feature an expanded seating area, where patrons can sit comfortably and savor their meals.

The forthcoming store is set to occupy the premises of the former Ralph Via Hardware Store on Brandon Avenue in Southwest Roanoke, according to the team. This information aligns with their earlier revelation about a food truck, which they launched earlier this year, and confirmed its licensing for operation in Salem.
