Roanoke County, Virginia – On the morning of Aug. 25, commuters using I-81 South should anticipate travel disruptions due to a reported collision.
According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, the crash took place at mile marker 139, close to a construction area. Consequently, the southern right lane and adjoining shoulder have been temporarily shut down.
Currently, there is a traffic delay spanning roughly three miles.
