Roanoke Greek Festival returns: A celebration of culture and charity

Roanoke, Virginia – The Roanoke Greek Festival is set to return this September, marking its first return since 2019. Roanoke residents and visitors will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a rich display of Greek culture, encompassing authentic food, traditional music, and handcrafted items.

This celebration is slated to take place from September 15 to 17 at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. Admission has been generously waived, inviting all interested individuals to partake.

It should be noted that the festival’s proceeds are earmarked for two pivotal community institutions: the Local Office on Aging and the Blue Ridge Autism and Achievement Centers.

Regardless of weather conditions, the festival will be in full swing on Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and on Sunday from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.
