One person shot and injured in Tysons Corner mall area shooting, no officers injured, report

A police shooting near a shopping center in Fairfax County, Virginia, hurt one person so badly that they are in danger of dying.

It happened around 7 p.m. somewhere in McLean near Fashion Boulevard. One man was shot in the upper body, and police said that an officer was involved in the shooting. No police officer was hurt.

Police are telling drivers to stay away from the area and do what they say.
