Roanoke conducting a survey to improve emergency services

ROANOKE, Va. – The city of Roanoke has just released a new survey asking residents for their comments in an attempt to identify any areas in which the quality of emergency services might be enhanced.

The poll is being carried out by the City of Roanoke E-911 Center, and users will be able to access it starting on September 6 and continuing through September 20 on the department’s homepage as well as on Facebook.

According to the notice made by the city, this initiative will be carried out in conjunction with a random phone poll conducted by members of the E-911 team.
