Lanes on Route 29 closed due to a tractor-trailer crash in Pittsylvania County

PITTSYLVANIA COUNTY, Va. – If you are traveling toward US-29 in Pittsylvania County, you may choose to take an alternate route.

According to VDOT, all northbound lanes are blocked due to a tractor-trailer accident at the ramp for Business 29N/S.

Currently, traffic is being redirected from US-29 North onto Chalk Level Road/RT 685 and then back onto US-29.

There was no report of any injuries.
