Boothe, faces serious charges after disposing of his newborn baby in a dumpster shortly after the 16-year-old girl he was in a relationship with for three years gave birth to the child. The ordeal began early on the morning of January 27, when police responded to a call from the baby’s mother. The 16-year-old girl, in a desperate state, flagged down officers once they arrived at the location to report a chilling event involving her newborn and Boothe. According to the distressed teen, after giving birth in a moving vehicle, Boothe, whom she referred to as a friend and with whom she had been in a relationship for three years, grabbed the newborn and placed the baby in a black plastic bag, before discarding it behind a gas station in a dumpster. The teenage girl, whose name has not been publicly released due to her age, also told officers Boothe took her from her home to drive her to the hospital as she went into labor.
Upon arriving at the gas station, police officers were able to locate the bag containing the deceased infant inside a dumpster, confirming the teenager’s grievous account.
