Roanoke County police investigate after man found dead in Glenvar with signs of vehicle impact
Glenvar, Virginia – Roanoke County officers responded to a report of an unresponsive male found down an embankment in the 5800 block of Peaceful Drive in the Glenvar area of Roanoke County on July 7 at 5:43 p.m.
The man was identified as Garon Bowles, 42, of Franklin County. Emergency responders transported Bowles to the hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased. Authorities have confirmed that Bowles’ next of kin has been notified.
