The investigation into Hubert’s actions was carried out by the FBI’s Richmond Field Office in collaboration with the Prince George County Police Department. The case was prosecuted by Special Assistant U.S. Attorney Eric Gilliland, also serving as an Assistant Attorney General with the Virginia Attorney General’s Office, alongside Assistant U.S. Attorney Olivia L.
