Roanoke shed fire causes $215,000 in damages

Roanoke, Virginia – A devastating shed fire in Roanoke led to an estimated $215,000 in damages, as reported by Roanoke County Fire & Rescue.

On Sunday at 10:12 a.m., emergency crews were dispatched to the 800 block of Montvue Road, where they discovered a shed engulfed in flames. Fortunately, no adjacent homes were affected, and there were no reported injuries, according to the department.

However, the shed housed two fully restored vehicles and a fully restored pull-behind camper, which contributed significantly to the total cost of damages.

The cause of the fire remains undetermined, and authorities are continuing their investigation into the incident.
